The business was started in 1990 by Donna Barnhardt.  We operated at Sweet Union Flea Market in Monroe, NC until her murder in 2008. After her death the family had a hard decision to make, close or expand.  In her memory we decided to expand the donut business that she loved and believed so strongly in.  Since 2009 we have been doing special events, catering, festivals, private events, grand openings, birthday parties, food truck events, fundraisers, school functions and my favorite: Christmas Lights during November and December.  

All of Donna’s children and grandchildren have been involved in making donuts. The company is still in the family and run as a small family business.  We all love what we do and enjoy bringing mini donuts to events around Cabarrus County.  I feel strongly that Donna is looking down on all of us and so proud that we have continued the business that she loved so much.
